something about the explanations for back care and speed of the program just works for me. i love tina's approach and it has helped me stay with her video every day for two months. now i can walk pain free and sit relatively, i've learned how to maintain good posture and i feel that i'm still getting stronger. yoga and pilates never helped me feel so good, and in many cases made my bulging disk much worse.
