Oh man, let me tell you something. If your pregnant and getting achey muscles, this is where it's at. I have always had a problem with real right shoulders and back muscles, but since I got pregnant it has been on a whole other level I have never experienced. My back gets so sore and tight that I can barely move and it makes me really grumpy. We had one of these gifted to us a while back but we lost in in a move. I remembered how great it was before so I just ordered another one and oh man, if it wasn't for this I'd be the wicked pregnant witch. This thing gets in there really deep and works out any knots or tightness very well. Be warned though, its a pretty deep tissue get in there type of massage. You can play around with how hard you press it into your back though. If your real sensitive, this may be too much. I like to sit it up against the couch and push my back up into it and I'll move it up and down on the cushion to where I need it and it works great for the whole back. Up at the high shoulder/neck area I'll use the straps because that seems to work the best for that area. Overall, this machine has been a life saver and is what keeps me mobile and most importantly saves my poor husband from my grouchy pregnant moods. I love it and need it in my life, 10/10!I like the strength of the motor allowing it to give a good massage. It is good quality materials and construction. It's nice that a car plug is included although it might be awkward to use in the car. It is not light weight. I don't like that the controls are hard to see when in use. "Wings" could be longer.I have fibromyalgia, and have tried many different types of massagers to help reduce the nerve pain. This massager is by far the best I’ve tried, and that includes massage guns. I can’t speak to long term reliability, but for fibro pain relief it is wonderful!!My husband and I like this massager overall, but just be aware that the massaging balls within it are VERY HARD against your neck, back, etc. I knew it would be a big step up from just a heating pad, of course, but I don’t think I was prepared for how hard this is against your body. It’s possible that it’s the only way it can be effective, but if I had my choice, I’d have a massager where the feel against your neck was a little softer, and massage would be a little more soothing. It is so easy to start at your lower back and slowly move it up and finish with our neck. It has essential functions, along with some adjustable pressure points and orientations. The added heat is a great addition compared to other appliances around its price point.Compared to an actual massage chair, this does part of the job. But, it does its job well for back pain and lumbar relief.This product is very effective in relieving muscle tension in many areas of your body. I have enjoyed how it has help me release stress in my legs and lower back so that I can remain active which is so important during lockdown.
