I have been a fan of Jethro Tull since the release of "Stand Up" in 1969. That album introduced me to both Ian Anderson and Martin Barre. Through the years, I've purchased every recording they've made together, in multiple formats. Having seen them perform on numerous occasions, it's a travesty that they are not enshrined in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.Unfortunately, Martin Barre and Ian Anderson parted ways in 2011. Perhaps that's a good thing, in hindsight, because It's obvious now how Martin was overshadowed by Ian's brilliance. On this album, he demonstrates how much more he has to offer than "just" his acknowledged guitar mastery. His music composition, coupled with his brilliant arrangements of classic tunes, is outstanding. He's hooked me for good! Move over Ian.
