I have been experiencing more back pain these last few months and I wanted something that I could use at home to crack and stretch out my back. I usually have lower back pain, but recently the pain has been in my upper back. I saw something similar to this yoga wheel on my Instagram, so I started to do some research. I liked when I read that this product is from a veteran owned company, so that was my selling point. It is very sturdy and durable for sure. I am a big girl and was not once worried that this wheel could not hold my weight. The first time trying, I felt the most amazing crack all up my spine. Gosh that felt great! I will admit, that it takes some time to get used to it and my entire body was sore from holding and balancing myself on this. I have only had this for about a week and the muscle soreness is gone and I look forward to stretching my back on this each night. I also have a feeling that using this regularly will help improve my poor posture. This yoga wheel can be used in so many ways and I like that it came with a stack of cards to show you how to use it. I also found lots of videos online that are helpful.I had bed suffering for 4 months with what I thought was a pinched nerve because my fingers had been going numb and my arm was throbbed to the point it felt like it was a funny bone being hit. I had been to the chiropractor paid $30 for visit xray, not to say they didn't but I decided to save another $30 visit and purchase this Shogun 12" Yoga wheel. And when I saying my back popped and wouldn't stop popping. I purchased whole pad heating pads and nothing seemed to work. But Today straight out the box I feel brand spanking new. This being 40 is so new to me but I'm back on the game now coach ?⚽??????????????Product works it will help reducing tension on your back. It will be a bit uncomfortable first few days after using it bit you will feel better. I use it more for my legs than feet to be honest but still good!This is a well thought out design; however, when I used it as instructed (even with some extra towel padding) I experienced more discomfort than I cared for - too intense for me!I bought this as a gift for my son, and he uses it daily! He loves it, it makes his back crack every time!The wheel is amazingly durable and helps a lot with posture correction including removing back-aches and making me more flexible. There are no uncomfortable spots as such on the entire wheel and the outer coating makes it much more comfortable to use when working out .Good product
