I've been a CJ Box fan (Joe Pickett) for some time. Was unaware of his other works until now. Back of Beyond is well done. Cody is a great character with both strengths and weaknesses. This entire story was suspenseful. The end had a great twist. As expected from a CJ Box book, I also gained knowledge about Yellowstone and its environs. Box's stories always include the land as a character...cool move.
