These completely fit as expected and are so comfortable. I was really hesitant to purchase a pair of Burks because I feel like everyone owns them and I didn't want to be that 'classic white girl' but I was having arch support problems with my other sandals because no sandals I have offered enough support (I'm a college student who probably walks 3-4 miles every day back and forth across my campus). NOTE: these shoes did take about 3 painful full days of breaking them in before they felt like heaven, but it was totally worth the pain. I no longer have arch support problems and these shoes are perfect for school and summer. I even wore them riding passenger on a motorcycle and they felt very secure so I wasn't concerned they would come off. If you're someone hesitant because of the price but really wanting to try them out just buy the shoes and you'll love them. I do have small but wide feet. I normally wear a 6-6.5 in American shoe sizing. I purchased the size 37 and they fit as expected. A little short on the length wise but nothing that's too big of a problem, and they fit my width perfectly so if I had gone down a size then my feet would have overflown the edges, if you know what I mean. So yeah, happy customer.
