What a great book for children to use as a calming strategy. I am a Kindergarten teacher and I have a "Think Space" in my classroom and this is a great addition to that space. I can't wait to read to my students to help them with calming strategies. My own children loved it! We all need to get "Back to Zero" every once in a while!
