Imagine a therapy so effective for low back pain, that you get relief the first time you try it. This may seem like a bold statement, but its true. The chances are you have not heard of Sit and Decompress therapy, but you have definitely heard of the inversion table. Sit and Decompress is similar to inversion table therapy except you don’t hang upside down and you get better decompression. Sit and Decompress therapy was invented in 2014 by Dr. Josh Dorsey a chiropractor who practices in Dublin, Ohio. The main purpose for inventing Sit and Decompress was to provide his patients a therapy that they could do at home.
DAILY TREATMENT TIME STARTS WITH 3 MINUTES PER DAY. This stretch will improve your back pain, relieve nerve pain, increase range of motion, improve stiffness and improve spinal alignment. As you improve increase your time 1 minute per week. Follow the plan for best results. Lifting your legs or dangling will stop decompression because your core muscles will tighten. Keeping your feet on the ground allows your body to relax, increasing your back stretch.
PRODUCT SHIPS SAME DAY MONDAY - FRIDAY. EXPECT PRODUCT ARRIVAL 1-3 DAYS. When Sit and Decompress arrives be sure to follow the instruction manual for best results. Many people think doing more time than what is suggested will speed up the healing process, healing takes time. Doing too much too soon without building endurance can over stretch your spine and slow your progress. Some will notice improvement after 1 use. If this is you still stick to the plan.
SIT AND DECOMPRESS OFFERS ALL THE BENEFITS OF AN INVERSION TABLE, PLUS YOU DON'T HANG UPSIDE DOWN. Be sure to check out Sit and Decompress's dedicated website where you will find videos and tips for you to maximize your results.
CHIROPRACTOR DESIGNED. You may hear audible release (cracking or popping) while decompressing. Those that visit the chiropractor for adjustments will recognize this popping. When this happens, enjoy the instant relief. Patient /Customer Satisfaction is #1.

First thing.... I attempted to hang in the harness for about one minute and I am convinced it will dramatically help with my back and hip pain. HOWEVER.....It said the small is 30 - 36 inches "over the bust". I am a 36C and I could barely close it around my torso under my bust and I was wearing a thin t-shirt. Also.... I don't know how they expect that pillow to fit in there when the velcro belt barely fit in the first place. There was literally only 1" of overlap to grip with.So... if you are at the top end of their measurements, make sure to size up. Sending it back and buying the medium. Paying an extra $12 in shipping to do so. Not happy about that either, which is why they lost a star.5'1" - 145lbs - 36C - 9/11 - M/LWell, I was skeptical at first, but after using it the first time; it greatly improved my Sciatica. Anybody who's had sciatica can tell you it's either severe or not. No middle ground on it. Anyway, I follow the instructions and it's easy peasy. I do wish the strap that goes around a person's chest was memory foam lined to add to the comfort of dangling. But, all in all, this thing does work. This needs better photo instructions on how to strap it on though. First two weeks, instructions say a person should only use it for 3 minutes per day. That's doesn't sound like a whole lot, but it is. The results are amazing, and on day one. So, there you have it. Instead of $300 for an inversion table, this is cheaper and in my humble opinion, more safe. One thing to add; if your home is older with real thick frames around your door, this may not work for you; it's more suited to 1950's homes and newer. Only one doorway in my home, will this work on because my home is 100 years old and was built with much thicker door frames, so be forewarned. For the past 35 years, I have been hanging upside-down to relieve back pain caused by an extra vertebra that sits crooked (I have two L-5s). It's a daily thing, and it works. I also swim and weight train with light weights and use a squat machine so my lower back does not take the weight.A split rail fence has been my go-to device, and at the gym, I use the Roman chair as a slant board that you can traction your arms on. They work quite well. But recently, it's gotten worse due to age and gravity, and so I have been trying different products, with mixed results. But this one has been the game-changer: from Day One, I could feel that this is pulling those vertebrae apart so that the discs can plump back up, and the nerve pain disappears. I am using the conservative approach, and already my back feels about ten years younger. I've hung it from a beam in my living room so that I will be able to use it periodically when I watch tv.What's interesting is that as you slowly take your body weight back onto your feet, the back still feels better. It doesn't just crumple up again. Using this just before bed has made for amazing sleep, too.
