I am only 4'9" and I can't reach the floor but my husband who is 6' loves it.Just assembled yesterday, so these are first impressions. Turned out to be smaller than I expected (I didn't pore over the measurements, so that's my bad), but still nicely comfortable. The back is more of a medium height rather than taller, which is fine, but the seat is too short so it doesn't provide the thigh support that is preferred for long-term use. The seat cushion ends pretty high on the thighs which detracts from the comfort level. That said, I like the feel of the faux leather and the padding is great. Appearance is also quite attractive. Probably wouldn't buy again without in-person testing to ensure the best fit. (I'm an average height male.) Assembly was fairly easy, but why do they insist on allen-wrench bolts when phillips would be SO MUCH easier? Just annoying.I read a lot of reviews before I ordered. Many folks mentioned that the chair was smaller than they expected. That was just what I was looking for -- a small scale chair. I am a bit over five feet and this fits perfectly. The lumbar support is in the right spot, the arm rests are a good height. The fellow that helped put this together (well he did most of the work) is maybe 5 feet 10 and 165 pounds and said it was comfortable. It looked a little small for him visually though.I think it is important to think of this as a "task chair" in the STYLE of an executive chair rather than a "real" executive chair. That is that people are puzzled when receiving it seems. The measurements are clear on the size, it is just folks assuming what they see is larger than it actually is.The leather finish is nicely done, good stitching and it looks very posh.The instructions were clear and extra screws and such included in case they were needed. Putting the arms and back on will be MUCH easier with two people though and likely frustrating if just one person is trying to do it alone.I think the up-down control seems much better than many of the chairs I have had before. So very happy.I don't think this would be good for a 6 foot 5 250 pound guy (or gal) though. Just not designed as that.This chair was very well packaged and the assembly was easy. All parts fit perfectly and were manufactured with precision. The overall quality of the chair is excellent for the price. However, there is one issue, depending on the size of the person using the chair. The specs list the length of the seat (back to front) as 22.05 inches. That's the length from back to front of the entire chair. The actual usable seating length (back to front) is about 17.5 inches, several inches shorter than many full-sized desk chairs which have at least 20 inches of usable seating area. Bottom line, this chair may not be a comfortable option for anyone over 5 ft 8 in. or someone looking for substantial upper leg support.Perfect just as described, very happy with purchase.Received earlier than I hoped for. Very well packaged. The items/parts were well wrapped not a single scratch or defect. Easy to assemble the instructions easy to follow. I'm 6.1ft 225lbs Once I sat down I did not want to get up I ask my wife to bring me a banket so I can take a nap in the chair. I highly recommend this company and chair for any type of desk job or gamming.Great looking chair, except the pic, makes it look taller than what it really is. The back is pretty shallow, but the leg to floor height works well with the control. Not a huge deal, but just be aware.It's definitely comfortable, but I feel like its a little small. I am not a huge guy, but I am not a small guy either. Not sure how durable it will be and how long it will last, but for the price it was a good buy.A skeptical purchase considering the product had no reviews but I can confirm I have received a product as described and I'm happy with it. The fo' leather is soft, matte finish, we will see how it bares up over a long time but the sprung seat is comfortable and isn't so deep that you can't rest your back firmly to support it. Lumper support is good. The wheels don't 'glide' as well as some other chairs I've tried.One issue I had with the chair was the metal bar you pull to engage the 'recline' feature, which was too long! This prevented it from disengaging [as pictured it doesn't go through the hole all the way]. I used a hack saw and had to cut off 5mm of metal bar but now it works as inteded. Not sure if this will be a reoccurring issue or if it's just mine. It just appears the metal plate was welded too far left or right for it to work. Otherwise yes, happy and good for the price. Delivery was also quick, fulfilled by amazon.This product looked very comfortable from the illustrations but I found that the distance from the rear to the front edge somewhat small . The lift mechanism is adequate but tilt limits are small . Rotation is fine but mobility on a corded carpet is awful . (Much larger wheels might help .) Also the arms need to project further forward by at least 10 cm. to allow static watching of videos and films .As my wife and I are in our late eighties it took us over an hour to assemble , with the arms initially left a little loose before completion . Lumbar support is good so I am still using it with some compromise.Nice chair, arrived promptly. Tip.... when assembling armrests, seat back and cushion, loose assemble first before tightening bolts. The only issue I have is that the “lift/lock” lever appears to do nothing at all!Very comfy but the casters seem to be very sluggish moving on the carpet unlike the previous chair which was rolling on the carpet, otherwise, it is perfectBought this chair to replace covid worn out home office chair. Easy to assemble took about 10 mins and was sitting in good comfy seat. Time will tell though as to durability, too soon to comment there.
