I've had this for a week now. It has it's pros and cons. But now I'm left with choosing the lesser of two evils as they say.I bought this product because after about 4 hours of work, my upper back felt so tight and sore. I would go lie down in the back on the cold floor and stretch about 5 minutes a couple of times. Temporary relief but in no way a solution. When I wear this, I think it does help support my upper back and keeps my body from feeling strain. But after about 6 hours, the straps really start to dig away under the arms. I do wear it over an undershirt, but it's just time that finally gets to me. I've adjusted the straps to try to find a way to make it work for the full 8 hours, but I haven't been able to.So, wear this and put up with 2 hours of total misery from the straps or go back to about half my work day focused on how my back is feeling.I really think I'll stop using this in time. It's just not worth it and I can't see doing this for a really long period of time.I don't feel this does anything for posture. You can still slouch. I don't think there is a product that can truly correct a habitual sloucher from slouching unless it's some sort of metal brace that doesn't stretch or bend. And that's not gonna happen.
