I got myself a pair of these at the start of the pandemic, and they've been simply the best slippers of my life. I got my husband a different set of wool slippers by another company, which fell apart after just over a year of wear. This past father's day, we got him a pair of the Haflingers and he loves them. I highly recommend these if you want comfort, warmth, and durability. And when they wear out, they can be completely composted, even the soles, which are waxed wool! Cool, right?These are soooo cozy and have arch support. Is that too much to ask?I ordered what was billed as a women's size 9 (or a 39 in European size). I received a size 47, which didn't even fit my husband's size 12 foot, it was so big! Care in the supply chain matters.I bought the green version of these slippers in December 2018 for myself, and they were absolutely brilliant. I ordered this pair as a replacement and, although they look quite similar, these are just not the same in terms of quality and comfort. The green were more robust and the actual felt had a better 'feel'. The blue seem to be less robust and the felt is much rougher to the touch. I've sorted out the issues by wearing socks with the blue ones, but this is not something that I generally like to do. They're still good slippers, but I don't think they are as good as they should be.I had the green ones before which I loveI returned these as the brown colour was too dull and miserableThese slippers are so well made, are super comfy and have a felt sole which doesn't mark my shiny wooden floors. Reasonably priced for the quality. I would recommend.Absolutely gorgeous. Warm as toast and hard wearing. I love this colour too. They are a little expensive for slippers but I have had Haflinger slippers before and they last for years and years. I have wide feet, about EE, and these are just so cwtchy and comfortable. I wish I could wear them for work.Thrilled with my new slippers . The fit is perfect and the new leaf green is gorgeous. These replace a pair that I bought in Austria, that I loved and lived in. The back cut away is a bonus for ease and quickness of putting on/ taking off! Much needed in a dog walking household .
