Feel like you could use a bit of help supporting that growing belly of yours? As beautiful of an experience that being pregnant is, most expecting mothers get uncomfortable the larger their belly grows and it can put a lot of strain on the rest of your body. Providing proper belly support is crucial to reduce pregnancy pain and it can also lead to a better night's sleep. At Jill & Joey, we worked together closely with pregnant women to design the best possible maternity belt to make your pregnancy a whole lot more enjoyable.
RELIEVE PREGNANCY PAIN: By gently supporting excess belly weight, our belt reduces spinal pressure which can help relieve pain around your hips, pelvis & back.
EXTRA LOWER BACK SUPPORT: Our belly bands for pregnant women can make a huge difference in how you feel during your pregnancy. Many customers report that our maternity belt pregnancy support has helped with round ligament pain and swelling (edema).
FITS WAISTS UP TO 45 INCHES: Our medium pregnancy belt is stretchable up to 45 inches to support your belly as it grows. Putting it on and taking it off is made easy with velcro. It's an ideal maternity belly band for pregnant women.
COMFORT & BREATHABILITY: When you are pregnant, comfort and breathability is key, which is why our maternity band is made of the softest materials we could find so you can wear it under or over your maternity clothes, and favorite maternity dress.
EASY TO PUT ON: Our maternity support belt can be adjusted throughout the day, and can be easily taken off with a Velcro on your maternity support band. It's one of the best pregnancy gifts for soon-to-be-moms.
There are a lot of options out there and this is the only I’ve tried. I am a first time mom and at 5 months I am popping like I’m 7/8.Got it in the mail today. Super comfy. Struggled to put it on alone as tight as I wanted but was suggested to put it on laying down and it’s much easier.Super comfy no tags or Velcro exposed to rub on skin or itch. I tend to be sensitive to this stuff so that was important to me.Still had usual back pain but my stomach didn’t feel so heavy by the end of the night and there was less pressure on my pelvis/ lower part of my uterus (where my little man likes to hang down low).I am 5’6” and ~140 pounds and typically wear size small clothing. Small wasn’t offered as an option so I got a medium and it fits fine. I would suggest probably finding something else that offers a size small though if you are smaller than me because I had it tightened all the way it goes. But! With being 5 months, I know my belly will grow bigger so I am ok with the medium sized fit.My only regret is i wish i would’ve bought sooner!! I find myself reaching for this often. It relieves so much of the pain and pressure from carrying baby. I have found it’s kinda itchy when directly on skin but it’s 100% worth it in my opinion. I had a different brand that wouldn’t stay on and i had to readjust constantly. Not with this one! Def recommend for all mamas!I work 12hr shifts and I'm on my feet for most of that time. I started getting SI and pubic joint pain especially when walking a lot at work (maybe around 28 weeks?), and ordered this band. It has made a noticeable difference, when I put it on tight enough. As I've gotten further on (currently 37 weeks) it has become less comfortable and is feeling more restrictive than helpful. Would still recommend though!I am 37 weeks pregnant with my second baby, and let me say this is such a game changer! My back has been killing me, and I wish I would have ordered this sooner. Today at work, I paid extra for same day shipping after I felt like my back could not take it anymore. I wore it all night before bed, and I can honestly feel a difference in my back. I actually feel relieved! The material feels breathable and is not too tight on the stomach. It offers the right amount of support for what you need while pregnant!Instant comfort! & at about 1/4th the cost of an official stealth belt. I’m very happy with this product???I was struggling with back pain during my third pregnancy and this was just what I needed. At 7 months pregnant I finally had relief. I also purchased a pregnancy wedge pillow which was a great relief during sleep. I am constantly on the go and my back was paying for it from sitting through sports practices, renovating our house, sitting at my desk all day, etc. and this really does help. Recommended for any back pain, I had pain from lower, mid, to upper back.I bought this band to have something immediately for support. My back was sore but mostly my low belly, hip and pubic area were killing me after a few hours of walking. This was just at the end of the first trimester, so I wasn't even bursting yet. I walk a lot for my work (nursing), and I needed something to help keep me on my feet the entire day. I was thinking I would buy several Belly Bandits to replace this "temporary band" once they arrived.Surprisingly, this belly support was way comfier than I thought. It immediately gave me the required support and alleviated my aches and pains. Together with an electric blanket that I use at night, I was able to get through the early growing pains with no issue. This band is comfortable, easily bends and shapes to your body (and belly), has enough stretch and elasticity to add as much or as little compression you'd want, and it's cheap. It stays put no matter what you do: walking, bending, sitting, even yoga. The velcro has enough strength to hold you in no matter how tight you want it to be. Compared to the Belly Bandit 2-in-1 Bandit, I actually prefer this band due to its comfort and soft texture. The 2-in-1 bandit digs into my hips and back when I sit, doesn't stay put if I bend or sit, is made of rough materials and doesn't conform as nicely as this band. It is also twice the price. The 2-in-1 bandit was such a disappointment that I immediately returned it the day I got it. I will just be getting 2 more of this bands then I won't have to worry about laundry days. The Jill and Joey band isn't very tall so it's perfect for petite women or women with short torsos. I feel like the Belly Bandit ones are made for taller women, which explains why the bands dig into my thighs/hips/back. I also got the Upsie Belly, which is made of softer material, like the Jill and Joey maternity belt. I kept that one for when I get bigger and is comfortable albeit a bit too tall for my short 5'5" frame. It can dig into my back when I sit if I don't position it precisely. And lastly, I also got the V-sling from Belly Bandit, which is made from soft neoprene. I also kept that due to the possibility of pelvic pain in the future. One may use it solely as a belly band, but it doesn't offer a thick/tall area for the belly so it doesn't offer much support in that region compared to the Jill and Joey. For washing belly bands, don't forget to close up the velcro side so it won't ruin your other clothes.Overall, I enjoyed this purchase. The quality, comfort, and pain relief it offered surprised me. And it really works! I recommend it to people who walk often with the occasional sitting and bending. It's soft enough to even do yoga with.3rd pregnancy so feeling heavy early and often! First time trying a brace and I definitely felt the difference in my body when I’d wear it all day. This was definitely a body saver and recommend it to anyone feeling the weight of baby on their body.
