AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! MY A********!!!! Whoo!! I just tried this workout for the first time yesterday. And I'm not a beginner, I'm intermediate! This video along with Donna's 4 Day Rotation Workout is a prime example of you can't judge a book by it's cover! Man, her videos to look at looks like a drop in the bucket for a 90 year old lady, but look out! You try it and I guarantee you'll be in VIRTUAL PAIN the next day! I threw it on the back burner because it's looks too simple, but when I did it, I found the aerobics to be a bit awkward, the moves were a bit troublesome for me to get, but it served it's purpose. My heart rate was at 85% for my age of 45, at 24 beats per 10 seconds. Hey, I'll get the moves down pack with practice, but the toning part will blow you away! My A** is so sore, I can barely sit, and my thighs are hurting too! Mind you now, I'm a pro at squats! Donna's 4 Day Rotation did me in too! I can count on Donna to F*** me up!!! That's exactly what you need! If a workout fails to make me sore the first time I do it, I consider it to be ineffective. I have all the greatest workouts from the best in the business; Joanie Greggains, Kathy Smith, Jane Fonda and others, and I always considered Joanie Greggains to be the best, but I might have to rethink that. Nobody's workouts f**** me up like Donna's. If you're about b***s******* or are too squeamish to experience muscle soreness, then you're best bet is to skip this video. Yes, in a few months I'll have gorgeous glutes again!Donna is Supreme!
