works greatI purchased this chair 9 months ago. It shipped well and wasn't hard to assemble. I find it to be well designed, durable, and probably comfortable if I was a bit bigger and taller. I'm female, 5'7" and 145 pounds. The seat is too deep for me to sit all the way on it and fully support my back. The back cannot be adjusted forward. The chair back and arm rests are too wide for me. I also found that the chair tilt is not as useful as a chair-back tilt so I have it fully tightened to remain upright. On the bright side, the purchase of this chair has taught me what dimensions I will need for my next chair. This chair was wobbly between the seat and the base of the chair, which made it uncomfortable. Also, the adjustable arm parts fell off and broke after a couple monthsI love this chair. Very comfortable with a nice back support. I love the fold up arms too.The tool that comes with it is soft steel. Barely got everything tight. The chair is VERY firm, everywhere. The lumbar is intrusive for me.If you need a LOT of lumbar, this would be great for you!The armrests are like rocks. It assembles relatively easily, everything fit well, but like I said, the tool sent is garbage. One of each for spare parts is nice. Maybe I'm out of date in 2020, but I still feel it is not a $166 chair. If it lasts for year, I'll try to come back and update this review. This will be a daily chair for me, 4-6 hours very night. To be fair, I'm a big guy, 5'10" 260I'm picky about my chairs.I guess a lot of the price of this chair is the included shipping. But i was looking for something a bit more comfy.I bought it mostly for short term use until a more $$$ chair gets here. The armrests do fold up completely out of the way as indicated.Great color, lower back support, lift up arm restsAfter 8 months of daily use, the bottom cushion has worn completely flat, leading to an uncomfortable, hard seating position. I am not an unreasonably large human at 6', 180lbs, so I don't think I am abusing the chair.A loud creaking also developed after 3-4 months during pivoting, but that was cured with an application of oil.Overall, for the price, this isn't a bad chair, and I have no plans yet to replace it. Just expect $160 performance from a $160 chair.Good chair! The only issue is the lumber support which is uncomfortable!
