This is a junk product and worst company. Don’t buy as it doesn’t fit. Complete cheating in place.The size of the brace is too small of for an adult males lumbar, the sizing chart runs small, material and braces are inferior.Material twists and becomes quickly out of shape, and therefore not helpful for low back pain. Material is light, but can not offer needed support. I am only 145 pound 5'5" woman, I have to throw it away as Amazon will not allow a return. If your looking for back support - look for a different product.You should order a bigger size than you think you might need. Otherwise it's supportive and I like the light color.Not what I thought it was. Much lighter and not as much support. :(Bought as back support for airplane travel as seats have no support for bad back.Should work fine. Like that it is a cooler style, especially for travel.It comers a bit too high on my ribs for full comfort near the diaphram, but I am aware my ribs are prominent. a shorter version would be helpful to me.This product runs small and when I was about to return it and order bigger size, I noticed it's not available for returns. Don't buy!I have had one of these for some years, and it is excellent but warn out, so have just bought 2 replacements.Careful with sizing - I am a 100cm waist and need an XL. However it does tell you range each size covers.Also be careful when trying it on - they are packed with the side-straps on a tight setting - I thought the first one I got was too small as the ends would not meet. It was only when the replacement was identical I realised you need to detach the side straps first!Really useful as a support for someone with a back strain. In use for a month now worn practally daily and still as good as new.Very small in size. I bought the small size for my daughter which goes up to 29 I itch waist. She’s 26 inch waist and it’s too tight! Well made and good quality but way too small in their sizing.Wife has scoliosis and osteoporosis. Says this helps with posture and keeping warm. A definite help. Easy to put on and get the right adjustment.Very Good back support.
